Returns Policy:

  1. Goods Collection: Goods purchased must be collected within 2 days from day of purchase. Stock will not be held after this time frame.
  1. Return Eligibility:(i)Goods purchased are generally not returnable. (ii) In exceptional circumstances, returns may be considered with the approval of management. (iii) Approved returns will be subjected to inspection to ensure the original quality. (iv) A 10% handling charge will be deducted from the purchased price for approved returns. Note that our working days includes Saturdays 8-12pm. (v) Any claim for a return must be submitted within 2 working days of receiving the goods. Claims submitted after the specified 2-day period will not be entertained. Or subject to managements discretion
